Workshop Description
Documentation of the Supervision Process (6 CEs) – Online Date: August 14, 2026 | Time: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Online This workshop provides a review of all documentation required in the process for full licensure as well as including possible documentation changes recently made to the new rules. It also includes a discussion of techniques for supervision, discipline polices and improvement plans, and evaluations. This allows supervisors to create a procedure to follow to put the law and board rules into effect in order to become a successful Clinical Supervisor. The workshop includes areas of documentation that need review by supervisors prior to submission to the composite board and shares case scenarios and examples of problem areas in documentation. Cost: $165 Note: Must apply through LPCAGA/CCALP for CPCS recertification. No cancellations, refunds, or virtual component available. Presenter: Carolyn AA. Ramp, LPC, NCC, ACS, CPCS Carolyn Ramp’s career in mental health spans over 30 years. Her experience includes outpatient clinical work in agencies, school systems, as well as building and managing a multi-specialty private practice of 18 therapists. She’s earned a master’s degree in 1993 and A Specialist’s Degree in Counseling in 2000. She was President of LPCAGA in 2019 -2020. Her specialties include Clinical Supervision for over 20 years, working with the families of the Personality Disordered, teaching parenting strategies as a Love and Logic Facilitator and she is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist.
