ETHICS, RULES, AND THE LAWS FOR SUPERVISION (6 CEs) – Virtual Date: August 13, 2026 | Time: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Online Advance your CPCS training with this in-person workshop focusing on ethics, the law, and board rules. Participants will explore the roles, responsibilities, and hierarchy of authority in these three areas. The ACA Code of Ethics will serve as the primary resource, alongside other professional standards of ethical conduct. Cost: $165 Note: Must apply through LPCAGA/CCALP for CPCS recertification. No cancellations, refunds, or virtual component available. Presenter: Gregory K. Moffatt, Ph.D., LPC, CPCS Dr. Moffatt is a counselor, professor, and public speaker with 35 years in private practice. He has consulted with law enforcement agencies, corporations, and schools on violence prevention and assessment, and lectured at the FBI National Academy. He has authored numerous books, including Blind-Sided: Homicide Where It Is Least Expected, A Violent Heart, and Wounded Innocents and Fallen Angels. Dr. Moffatt has appeared on major networks, syndicated radio programs, and served as an expert consultant to ABC, Discovery Channel, and Tyler Perry’s Alex Cross.
